We cannot take reservations, handle complaints about a meal, process refunds, or look up your order. For any of those, contact your restaurant directly through the official Golden Corral location finder.
What we can help with
- Price corrections. If your restaurant charges something different from what we publish, tell us the city, the meal, the day of week and what you paid. This is the single most useful message you can send us.
- Hours corrections. Particularly breakfast. If your location serves breakfast on a day we say it does not, we want to know.
- Menu updates. New items, seasonal menus, or something we have listed that your store no longer serves.
- Factual errors. Anything on this site you believe is wrong.
- Press and partnership enquiries.

We read everything and reply to anything that needs a reply, usually within a few working days. Corrections that include a city and a date get actioned first, because those are the ones we can verify and use.
Reporting a price
The most useful correction includes five things: the city and state, the day of the week, which meal, the adult price you were charged, and the date you were there. Something like “Ocala, Florida, Saturday dinner, $18.99 adult, 12 July 2026” is worth more to us than any other kind of message, because it is a real receipt rather than an estimate.
